One City

The first of SAUL’s Strategic Planning Think Tanks that removed the city / county boundary and looked at the city and county as if they were one place. By gathering together local, national and international protagonists, sharing ideas and building intelligence, local authority policies were reshaped according to a boundary-less single place, creating a space in which to imagine the region’s future.
